The class grades web site is automatically generated from the
spreadsheet in which your grades are recorded. It will be updated
whenever significant changes are made to the grades, for example
when the grades for a new evaluation are recorded. It will not
usually be updated when a few grades are changed for a few students.
The grades are shown by the last 4 digits of the student ID, these
IDs are sorted in increasing order.
If you find any discrepancies between the posted grades and the ones
on your assignments, etc., please return the evaluation to your
instructor for a re-recording of the grade. Do make sure that
the web site is up to date first!
This page is in compliance with
Senate Course Management Policy (#145)
which states:
- Grades on assignments, tests and exams, including final exams, may be posted by
student identification number, sorted after at least the first two digits have been
removed. Instructors must inform students in all course management documentation
of the method to be used in the posting of grades. Students who wish not to have
grades posted must inform the instructor in writing.
- Final course grades may not be posted or disclosed anywhere by an instructor.
If you want to have your grades removed from these lists, please send email requesting
this to me. Please indicate
your name, student id, and section number.
